Her award-winning smile and great sense of humour never fade. Yet, behind these is a solid determination and skillful management ability.

Fuelled by a passion for people she believes in investing the time to educate her clients so that they will be comfortable with the entire property management process. She is respected for her unparalleled integrity and discretion. Her genuine desire to help clients and strong concern for their best interests inspire her to give her all.

When searching for her own homes to buy, Mel remembers how fastidious she was, and how much time she spent narrowing the choices down to the one’s she knew were right at the time. It is with this personal understanding and same dedication that she works with clients, landlords and tenants alike.

With Business Management under her belt, 22 years experience in operations, account management, business development and administration, plus 10 years real estate experience she uses her extensive ability to “think outside the box” to craft the perfect solution to each client’s unique needs.

She grew up mostly in Sydney, spent a few of her younger years on the Gold Coast, sometime in Port Macquarie and returned, of course, to Queensland’s beautiful Gold Coast! She believes every neighbourhood is an exciting adventure to be enjoyed!
